Pirates getting you down? Well fear not, or fear less at least, because ReconRobots have invented a cunning little gadget that can scale the hull's of pesky pirate ships.

The Throwbot has been designed for sea-faring security teams in the unenviable position of being approached by a vessel with god knows who and what aboard.

The Throwbot, which has been widely used in war zones around the world, was originally designed to be thrown into buildings to dart around and send back images and other reconnaissance information to the controller.

The new edition sports some natty magnetic wheels which me it can climb up the side of boats other other metal surfaces. It can survive a 120 foot drop and can be deployed in five seconds flat.
